All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and GST inclusive. We apologise but we are not able to send deliveries to P O Box addresses as we use a courier.
We accept payment by Visa or Mastercard credit or debit cards and bank transfers on our website. We apologise we are not able to accept American Express payments.
You can request to check the information that we hold about you via email or other means of contact. We will change or delete any incorrect information within 7 working days.
Please choose carefully as Kokako will not provide a refund or cancel your order if you have changed your mind and the order has already been processed. If goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. All returns must occur within 7 days of receipt.
Returns & Refunds
We hope you fall in love with your Kokako purchases, however when the circumstance arises our returns policy is as follows:
Kokako will not provide a refund if you have changed your mind so please choose carefully. If goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. All returns must occur within 7 days of receipt.
Please note we do not give refunds on gift voucher purchases. We do not accept responsibility for damage to goods caused by you, like if you spill some coffee on yourself.

Please follow the returns procedure below:
- Email email@example.com with your intent to return, using your order number as your reference.
- Complete the returns form sent to you and securely repackage your items.
- Send your return goods to: Kokako, 537 Great North Road, Grey Lynn, Auckland 1021.
- Ship your package using a traceable, insured shipping method. Kokako will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of items caused in transit in return to us. Please keep the tracking details for your own records.
- You will receive an email once your return has been received and processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
Please Note: Packages received at [company name] after the 7 day window will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Orders will be shipped within 2 working days once the payment has been processed.
Orders placed on the weekend or on a New Zealand public holiday will be processed on the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding New Zealand public holidays.
Kokako delivers nationwide for a flat fee of $5.00.

All orders will be sent by Courierpost with a track and trace ID. A signature may be required upon delivery. You should expect to receive your order within 1 to 2 working days from the date it is sent. Rural addresses may take longer.
We will deliver your order to the address given at the time of purchase. Once your order has been delivered to the address supplied the risk of damages transfers to the recipient/purchaser.
Kokako will not be held responsible for any delays or non-delivery due to circumstances out of our control. This includes delays from our courier company or any force majeure event.
Kokako endeavours to have all orders delivered by the estimated date but cannot guarantee this.

We will only use the information that you have given to us to process your order and for future marketing activity, in a lawful manner and in accordance with the Privacy Act.
